1. Spark version — Found in the app’s Help section
2. Device model — iPhone 15, iPad Air, etc.
3. iOS version — e.g., iOS 18.0
4. Game name — The game you’re having trouble with
5. Steps to reproduce — What you did before the issue occurred
6. Error logs — If available, from the Log Viewer
7. Screenshots — If the issue is visual
