Privacy Policy

Spark (“the App”) is an iOS application. Your privacy is important to us, and we want to be transparent about our practices.

Spark does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The App does not require an account, does not use analytics or tracking tools, and does not contain any third-party advertising.

The App does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data. The optional translation feature can send game text to a translation provider you select — see Translation Privacy below.

The translation feature is optional and off by default. What happens to game text depends on the translation service you choose:

• Apple Translation — text is processed on-device using Apple’s Translation framework. No game content is sent to external servers. See Apple’s privacy documentation.
• DeepL — game text is sent to DeepL’s servers for translation under your own DeepL API key, subject to DeepL’s privacy policy. Your API key is stored securely in the iOS Keychain on your device and is only ever sent to DeepL.
• Google — game text is sent to Google for translation, subject to Google’s privacy policy.

Spark itself does not collect or store any translated text beyond a local on-device translation cache, which you can clear at any time.

When iCloud sync is enabled, save files and settings are stored in your personal iCloud account. This data is managed by Apple’s iCloud infrastructure and subject to Apple’s privacy policy.

If our practices ever change, we will update this page with a new effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
